We ship packages in the order we receive them.
Choosing "Express" or "Standard" shipping doesn't change your position in the queue, it just changes how quickly our courier partner delivers your parcel.
Over the weekend/promotional periods we usually receive a lot of orders, and although the fulfilment team starts to begin clearing the orders and preparing your delivery asap, in very rare cases - such as a sale or unforeseen circumstance(delays from our delivery partners), your order may face some delays. So thank you for your patience and contact us if you want to check the status of your order just in case.
We try our best to ship orders with in 1-2 days of receiving them. Once your order is dispatched you will get tracking code email from us. Check your junk folder just in case as sometimes emails drop into that folder.
Strictly we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Change of mind, unopened and unused items can be returned within 2 weeks after the date of delivery (customer needs to pay for the shipping cost) - please contact support to organise any returns.
