Should I choose mild, medium or strong?
The CBD oil is essentially the same, but the concentration of CBD is different between the various variants. We recommend choosing a variant based on the severity of your concern. For general wellness, we would recommend the mild variant; for sleep issues, moderate pain etc. we recommend the medium variant; and for serious concerns we recommend the strong variant. The stronger the variant, the more CBD you get per mL.
Why is CBD quality so important?
When it comes to CBD, there is immense importance placed on quality since not all hemp is grown under regulated conditions and not all extraction methods are safe. Bad quality CBD extracts are ineffective and in some cases, even harmful.
How much CBD oil should I take daily?
We recommend starting small with 0.25mL orally twice a day. If you don’t see the desired results, we recommend increasing it to 0.5mL or 0.75mL. However there is no strict rule on how many times you can take CBD. It can be taken multiple times a day.
How long will one bottle last?
One bottle is expected to last about a month based of usage.
